Alex once had an affair with his friend Peter’s wife. Years later Peter shows up on Alex’s doorstep in the middle of the night. Peter’s wife has just died and he is an emotional wreck. He clings to Alex, who doesn’t know if Peter ever found out about the old affair. Has he come looking for sympathy or revenge? Alex discovers that the affair produced a child, Lisa.
