SYNOPSIS: Sam, a young Anishnabe man, decides to leave his native village in Abitibi to visit his girlfriend Migona in Québec City. But what begins as a simple road trip soon turns into a dangerous game of cat and mouse when a chance encounter with Tania, a Russian prostitute who has stowed herself in the back of his truck, leads Sam straight into the path of the Russian mafia. On the run, Sam and Tania turn to Migona for shelter.
