    TITLE: THREE KINGS OF BELIZE
    DIRECTOR: Katia Paradis
    PRODUCER: Katia Paradis
CAST: Paul Nabor, Florencio Mess, Wilfred Peters

SYNOPSIS: In a small Central American country, three iconic musicians share moments from their daily lives with us.

Paul Nabor, fisherman and legendary Garifuna composer, has played the same guitar for 53 years. At 79 years old, he has forgotten many of the songs from his long career, but his passion for the music remains strong. Florencio Mess, a Maya harp player, makes traditional instruments when not touring outside his small village. Creole accordionist, Wilfred Peters, who once played for the Queen of England, uses his endless energy and humor as an antidote to old age.

Quietly battling to preserve their musical heritage, these musicians offer a glimpse of their culture while performing with passion and vitality. A documentary in the vein of Buena Vista Social Club, Three Kings of Belize charms with its beautiful music and musicians.
